I am going to be asking a million questions haha!
I am starting too think about breast pads - Don't want to start leaking and have nothing too pop into my bra!..
What pad's do you ladies recommend? There seems to be so many brands... I don't know where too start!

I'm going to get some reusable breast pads as I found the disposable ones uncomfortable. I'm going for the Little Lamb ones (www.littlelambnappies.com/.../washable-bamboo-breast-pads).

Oh never knew you could get reusable one's! Will have a look thank you :)

I have reusable bamboo ones, and disposable ones with sticky backs. Not used either yet though.

Just checking that you only need this once you've given birth and not before? Def a silly question I'm sure!

I liked the Johnsons disposable ones in the pink box.

I thought some people do leak before they give birth? I might be wrong tho

I started leaking prior to giving birth I'm afraid! To start with I had a box of asda ones which were good. Then I had sainsburys which were awful (don't buy them!) and now i've got lanisoh ones which I'm doing okay with (but they are quite expensive). I really should look into these little lambs ones people are referring too as I'm hopefully going to need them for quite a while yet.

Another vote for Little Lamb reusables here, I've been using mine for a year now and they are still going strong.

I thought some people did so I am going too just have a few to hand :) Just in case I might be lucky and not but don't want to be caught out!
Thanks ladies will have a look at them all :)

You may leak beforehand as a pregnant colleague started leaking whilst she was at work.

I've got and have used disposable lanisoh ones. I personally found them the best as they were absorbant and stayed in place. I did also use supermarket ones as the lanisoh ones are expensive. I've bought a lot of 5 boxes on Amazon this time and waited for the price to go down using the website camel camel camel and bought them when the price meant I basically got a box free. I'm also going to look into the little lamb ones but I've heard that they are best once your milk has settled down a bit. I leaked a lot in the first couple of weeks.
Rio I'm afraid some people do leak before!

Rio: you can definitely leak prior to birth I leaked from 20 weeks with my 1st (although it's nothing in comparison with the leaking post birth!!!!) but luckily not yet this time round.
I used disposable lansinoh breast pads to start with last time but found that disposable ones didn't hold the milk for a whole day & smelt like off milk by the end of the day, I used reusable ones too & found they held more but still smelt (well to me they did). I also got frustrated wearing a bra to bed every night then I heard about lily padz (http://www.lilypadz.com/) which are silicone & stick to your breasts & were fab. It meant I could sleep without a bra & go swimming without leaking!! I know not everyone gets on with them but they were a life saver for me. Something to consider

Little lambs here, although they need washed a good few times before they stop leaving fluff everywhere. They might actually be on special just now, like their fb page x

I used some cheap ones but I really liked the tommee tippee and lansinoh ones
