My daughter is going in a gull size single bed tonight. What tog duvet do you think she should have? The one we have is 13.5 but seems too heavy. I am worried if she pulls it over her head she might get in trouble as its a big one and not her normal cotbed one? Or am i being silly now she is 4? And would she now be ok for normal adult pillows?

We use a normal pillow for A and a 4.5 tog duvet. I bought a thicker one but it was too heavy for her, she's always hot though

We have a normal adult pillow, in fact we've used a normal one since she first had a pillow at 12 mths. She has a 4.5 tog duvet.

N has a normal pillow and single 10.5 tog duvet on his cotbed. He can push the duvet off easily though which I think is key so he can push it off if he's hot, which he does!

We've changed S's duvet this week from a 4.5 tog to a 10.5 tog , as she was getting cold with the 4.5tog one and we were layering blankets on her. She's happy under the 10.5tog (She is 4).
J who is 6 has a 13.5tog on his bed as he was feeling too cold with a 10.5tog.
Both have normal adult pillows, but fairly flat ones.
