Hi, so far I have managed to avoid being sick, but at the cost of eating very little more or less constantly. I have found that having a snack such as an apple, cereal bar or babybell cheese takes the edge of my nausea. The only other thing that I will suggest is eating what you fancy/crave.
Hope you are feeling better soon, I'm 9w4d & still waiting for my symptoms to properly kick in! x x

Hope you feel better soon girls , it's miserable feeling sick isn't it , also reassuring though , think that's the secret , eating very little very often , helps to take the edge off , my taste buds have gone abit crazy again too , as long as you're drinking plenty the baby will be fine , it will take whatever it needs from you , it's just a shame we feel so poopy in the meantime x x x
