Im suffering with terrible morning sickness (all day sickness actually) and have been recomended to start wearing my Baby On Board badge on the tube to see if it helps me to get a seat- I feel much less nauseaus when im not being flung about on a cramped, hot tube train.
I have my 1st scan (private one) on saturday and would rather not wear my badge until the 12 week mark, but i feel rotten- do any of you have any thoughts on what i should do?
Would you wear the badge? did you? when did you? xx

Hey hun , was wondering if you were o.k , sickness is horrid , are you actually being sick ? I found eating something little and often helped-even when I didn't feel like it, I no where you're coming from- you don't want to tempt fate before your scan(good luck for that by the way,bet the days can't go quick enough for you ) but as soon as you have the all clear, and I'm sure the sickness is an indication that everything's fine I would wear the badge, good luck though , people aren't alaays as sensitive as we'd like them to be ,hope you're feeling loads better really soon x x

Hey- Its mainly feeling sick, though i am sick about once a day on average.
I dont want to tempt fate but at the same time i feel like im going to collapse on the trains- i know there is no guarantee anyone will be kind enough to offer a seat, but i feel like i should at leats try.
Its 4 days until the private scan and i cant wait but am also super nervous! How are you? xx

you can always wear the badge just in case someone nice does see how green you are and put the two together, you don't have to tell anyone info about your pregnancy so don't think it will jinx you. I found some bubbles; lemonade, fizzy water etc helped even early in the morning and something plain to snack on. I do sympathise though i had sickness all day too but getting on the tube with all day sickness must be horendous take care x

Forgot to say earlier, I found chewing gum to be my saviour- I never normally chew gum !! must be awful having to endure the tube, we don't have tubes in Cornwall, have been on them though and must say I sympathise with you x 4 days wow !! not long then , sure you'll be fine n your little baba will be just as s/he should ,v.exciting .let us know how you get on ,
I'm o.k cd 22, had a bit of nausea, tiredness but not excessive but still get my head down with lo every day, know I'll have to give it up one day - I think we should take a tip from the spaniards and have a siesta every day testing Friday unless af arrived before then f.c she stays the hell away !! take care hun x x

Try travel sickness bands!
i wore them from 8weeks till 18 weeks with both my pregnancies and they have helped massively. Also plain rich tea biscuits before you get out of bed and something to help you burp, so fizzy drink or i drank gallons of tonic water!
i think its definitely a case of finding what works for you so justvtry anything and everything people recommend! Xx
