Not sure i can get used to this thread being so quiet! It's CD17 and I think i'm now 2DPO. OPK was still showing as positive last night, so i'm thinking that i've OV'd over the last couple of days, so might have missed this month after all. Which i think i'm ok about...time will tell!
Hope everyone else is well! :-)

Strange isn't it? Although I must say I find it easier to keep up with everyone. I never really could get to grips with all the personals on BT on Hitched so it's easier to reply to fewer people!
Woke up today feeling I wanted to do a test as we're going out for a couple of drinks tonight so just wanted to be sure. BFN which turned out to be a complete waste of a test as AF showed up today making this cycle 25 days. I did have a couple of super short cycles around our wedding which was a bit of a pain, but at least it means I can get onto the next cycle sooner....and enjoy my drinks!

Hi Nora - Sorry AF showed :-( As a point of reference, you can still have a drink with a BFP. It's not until baby starts to take nutrients from you (around 6 weeks or so...around the times morning sickness kicks in) that you need to worry about what you're eating/drinking. I shared a bottle of prosecco with my husband the night before my BFP. But it is of course a personal choice too, but as far as babies are concerned, you wouldn't be doing them any harm that early! Enjoy your drinks tonight!

Well that I didn't know!
I had a couple of glasses of wine the night before my BFP with a slight inkling it was going to be positive. It does make sense when you think about it!

Hello! It is very quiet indeed, perhaps we move to a weekly thread next week?
RKB - It does sound like you're out - hope you are ok x
nora - sorry AF showed - well done on being so upbeat though! Enjoy your drinks!
AFM - CD18 and about 5DPO but not confirmed yet. Nothing to report really.

Hi ladies I've been lurking with not much to contribute since my loss in may.
Finally AF showed up yesterday, and I'm so happy to see her as it means we can get back to keeping track of my cycles.
RKB - sounds like you missed it - stay ok x
nora - enjoy your drinks, I know i've done tests before a night out just in case!
Tayto - the waiting is the worst
