Hi, ladies! I am 6dpo today and it is my 2nd cycle ttc#2. I am trying to wait and not test till 12dpo, and trying not to get attached to symptoms because I know they are misleading. Who else is on the same boat? When are you planning to test? This waiting is the worst thing isn't it? Hugs to all of us!

Hi pribaby 2 im also ttc #2

Im also in my 2ww, this is my first month on clomid after nearly 5 years ttc.

im now at 4dpo, this is all new to me as the last 41/2 yrs ttc was just a case of hoping to get pregnant, i now know theres lots more to it than just bding since joining this site and going to the fertility clinic.

Im hoping to test around 12dpo, i have a blood test on tues to see if i ovulated, i had a scan which shown my egg to be 18mm and got  on ovulation test whilst at the fertility clinic just hoping now i did ovulate.

Ive been reading loads about 2ww symptom spotting = bfp (which i know i shouldnt) and 75% have sore boobs etc which i dont ive just had bit of a dull tummy ache today and tight pull kinda thing when i get up from sitting also come down with snotty nose and a bit of thrush in the last 2 days . i cant really compare anything to af symptoms as i never really got any or af for that matter maybe 5 times a yr.

    Fingers crossed for all xxx

I am 7 dpo, actually... Geez, my brain is fuzzy!

Hi, Natasha! I've been reading on early pregnancy symptoms, but it just makes me more anxious since these symptoms are usually the same as when af is about to come. I am having mild cramping and a dull ache off and on on my right side since yesterday. But it is not as strong as I had when I got pregnant with DD, so it could very well be just af coming. With my son, I had stabbing pains that lasted a few hours off and on at around 9 dpo. :/

Hi, fingers and toes crossed for you that its not af on her way

Cramps could be a good sign, on the website i was on with all the success stories from 1dpo to bfp im sure majority of them had cramps and thought it was af on her way but then got their bfp.

Was you ttc long with your son?

I was 12 wks gone when i found out i was pregnant with my son (with ex partner) as my periods have always been all over then not one single pregnancy since with him or my now husband

Natasha: My son was actually a pleasant accident. I was 30 y.o and had always been very regular with my cycles. However, three months before I got pregnant, I tried to take Progesterone pill as a birth control method. I had tried more than 7 different kinds of pills and had massive migraines and other side effects with allof them. Anyways. I used this pill only for one month and since it didn't work as well, I stopped taking it, which threw my cycles off. So me and DH started using condoms again.

The next month out of the pill, my cycle lasted 32 days, but I thought it wouldn't take long for me to be back to my regular every 24-26 days cycle. So, one day at my cd18 we bd'd without a condom and I was naive to think I was safe. And that is how my lil pumpking happened. Just that one time.

It must be difficult when you have pocs and don't know when you ovulate... Are you checking tb? I an here also keeping my fingers crossed for you, hun and hoping that test shows you released a sticky egg.

pleasant accident indeed then and hopefully this mth is for you   what do you check for when ovulating or do you just know when its happened?

i cought for my son just 3 mths into my relationship and kinda always took it for granted it would be quite easy to do it again how wrong was i nearly 12 yrs later, ive been reading about clomid success stories and hoping im gonna be one of those.

im still trying to learn all the short words so not sure what tb means, as this is my first cycle with help ive only just started really looking into all the cm, temps etc and this cycle was mainly monitored by the fertility clinic so not really done much myself

I'm 13 dpo, but my temps went down, so I don't hope for much. Though my ovufriend's analysis says that my interocurse timing was good, so maybe? When are you testing ladies?

Natasha, sorry hon...I meant BT, which is actually BBT (basal body temperature). I am from Brazil and sometimes forget and mix the abbreviations in portuguese and english. :P

Puddy, I am also here hoping it will be an easy journey for you. It may happen... Sometimes it is fairly quick after coming off the pill!

Helena, are your cycles regular? Have you tested at all? Hope there Is still a chance for you. It is not over untill af comes, but if it comes, I wish you the best of luck next month!

I am a little discouraged this morning. I can't keep checking my temps the same time in the morning, but my it came down 2 times in a row, so that is killing my hopes. But I have a paper due tomorrow and will try to take my mind off of it for a while.

    Good luck, good monday, everyone!!

    Hello all!

Im also in that great 2ww. This is our sixth month of trying, but only our first month of properly tracking my cycle.

Think I'm about 6 days DPO today - I'm using Clearblue digi OPKs, and got my smiley 6 days ago. Not sure if I'm basing it on the right date? Anyone else using these?

I've almost given up on getting my hopes up now, but still can't help symptom spotting!!

Hope this 2ww goes quickly for everyone!

Jemb2212 I don't know if I would be able to wait this much! Good luck, girl!

puddy, If I were you, I would test right before going out, just in case!

Cherrycracker, I believe you are probably around 5dpo then. Usually, 1st dpo is counted one day or two after a positive opk. I used clearblue, but not digital, and also saw a positive opk the day before ovulation, according to ff.

Hi girls, I'm in 2ww, but a bit confused about when. Thought I was due af on Saturday! So my next guess is 13 dpo. Its only my 3rd cycle post partum and while still breast feeding, so I feel quite lucky to have had 2 normal cycles so far! X

jemb & puddy id be testing asap as im too impatient lol fingers crossed for you both though xx

cherrycracker this is my first mth we have used a clearblue digital well the fertility clinic did it for me accept for the peeing on the stick bit lol we got a big fat  which would make me 5dpo today although got a blood test tomorrow to make sure i did ovulate. ive been and bought a box of clearblue digital though for next month if this month doesnt work xx

pribaby when you said tb i thought maybe temp charting, ive also been looking into checking cm so might start that next mth if this mth isnt for us then do temp charting the following mth and so on, please try not to get to discouraged as you never know this could be the month you get your bfp xx

windymiller when do you think you will test for your bfp xx

as for symptom spotting i seem to be googleing every thing i get like 2dpo sniffles 5dpo(today) sore throat etc i need to stop now though lol

WindyMiller, you are brave, girl! Three months post partum, wow! Good thing your lilttle pumpkins would be very close in age and be at the same generation! If you already ovulated, it was really a great thing! Since you are breastfeeding, your cycles are probably irregular, but sooner or later you will get your BFP. Hopefully on this cycle! Cheering here!
