- 4 whole sweet potato, well scrubbed and cut into chunks or wedges
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp mixed herbs
- 1tsp paprika
- Suitable for freezing.
- Serve with halved cherry tomatoes and a dollop of reduced salt and sugar ketchup.
- If you are making these to serve with fish fingers, you can bake them alongside the fish (they will need longer cooking time, though).
