A hearty meal with a trio of vegetables, suitable for babies from 6 months

- 1 whole chicken breast
- 0.5 a whole sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1/3 of a whole swede, peeled and finely diced
- 1 whole carrot, peeled and diced

Step 1
Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.

Step 2
Steam the vegetables until tender and finely chop the cooked chicken.

Step 3
Blend the chicken and vegetables together to form a smooth puree, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.
