Chicken with sweet potato, swede and carrots

- 1 Chicken breast
- ½ Sweet potato, peeled and diced
- ⅓ swede, peeled and finely diced
- 1 Carrot, peeled and diced
- STEP 1
Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.
- STEP 2
Steam the vegetables until tender and finely chop the cooked chicken.
- STEP 3
Blend the chicken and vegetables together to form a smooth puree, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.
