This lamb cous cous packs a fruity punch with mango and lemon, suitable from 8 months

  • 120g lamb mince
  • 50g mango, chopped
  • 20g unsalted butter
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 75g cous cous
  • 1tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1 pinch black pepper


  • Step 1

    Melt the butter in a pan and fry the lamb mince until cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.

  • Step 2

    Season with pepper and rosemary to taste.

  • Step 3

    Add the lemon juice and mango and heat through.

  • Step 4

    Prepare the cous cous according to the instructions and serve with the lamb.
