Ingredients

  • 100g Carrots, peeled and diced
  • 75g Green beans, trimmed and sliced
  • A pinch of sage
  • 300ml Water

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the pork, potato and carrot and sage into a pan with the water.

  • STEP 2

    Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  • STEP 3

    Add the beans and cook for another 10 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked through.

  • STEP 4

    Mash to your desired consistency.

  • STEP 5

    *Try using sweet potato for extra flavour
