Cara De La Hoyde's baby Freddie-George is almost 4 months old ???

And here she is at 3.5 months postpartum, in a dreamy underwear selfie she's shared to Instagram ?

Wearing pretty make-up and sporting her trademark glossy black locks, Cara unashamedly shows off the smallest hint of a mumtum, looking super confident with her new-mum physique.

Goes without saying that she looks totally gorgeous in this snap, right? But she also looks, well, kinda like a lot of us do after giving birth.

New mum fans seemed to really relate to what they were seeing, anyway, dubbing the honest snap 'real'.

One wrote: "Yessss! If more celebs did this then it would solve a lot of problems!!!"

Another said: "You look amazing. I wish that I had your confidence after my babies ? beautiful, real, honest and fabulous. Your little family are lucky to have you xxx"

While another added: "I love this picture! Such a real picture!! Never be ashamed of your body after giving birth to not only a miracle but your son! Well done @cara_delahoyde !! x"

Cara recently revealed why she shared the personal photo with her 923k followers, in an exclusive with Metro. She said:

"I just think there’s so many pictures on social media, and people seem to look amazing all the time," she explained.

"As a new mum, when you have a baby, you do look different – and people forget what their body has been through!

"On social media and the world we live in, so many girls follow me and I just wanted to stick it up there and show them it's fine.

"I struggle with my confidence, but we all have mum tums and have stretch marks!"

Too right! It's always helpful for us - and for so many mums out there - to see post-baby body pics that remain un-altered, and show what reality looks like (whatever that reality may be) ?
