If you decide to fork out for a 4D scan, you're expecting to see your baby in incredible detail. But one couple got a little more than they bargained for, when the camera caught their baby at an odd angle – making the face look more than a little bit sinister!

"Wife and I went to get a '4D' ultrasound of our unborn child. Saw this picture. Changed our minds," the user commented, posting the image on sharing website imgur.
