Blueberry milkshakes – pregnancy recipes

Blitz some blueberries for a delicious glass of fruity antioxidant goodness. Makes 2.

  • 100g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream


  • Step 1

    In a blender, whizz blueberries, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, milk and ice cream.

  • Step 2

    Pour into milkshake glasses and enjoy with a straw.
