The Cosatto me-Mo 3-in-1 Combi Pushchair looks chic and is supremely comfy for your baby, but to really use it in three ways, you need to purchase the optional car seat.
The Cosatto me-MO 3-in-1 Combi gets its 3-in-1 moniker from the fact it can work as a pram (when the included pram body is attached to the chassis), a buggy (when the included pushchair seat is attached) or a travel system, if you purchase the optional matching Group 0+ car seat (£130) or a Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix car seat and Cosatto Cabrio Car Seat Adaptors. Head to our full Cosatto me-MO travel system review for more details if this is what you’re after.
As a buggy, the Cosatto me-Mo is suitable from 3 months to 3 years. The seat can be either rear facing or forward facing, and has a 3-position recline. To use from birth, you attach the pram body, which puts your baby in a lie-flat rear facing position. With the carrycot on, the system weighs 13.6kg, and as a buggy, it’s 12.6kg.
Stylish and functional, the Cosatto me-MO 3-in-1 package includes everything but that car seat. As well as the pram body and pushchair seat, you get chest pads, cosytoes, changing bag, removable and adjustable bumper bar, tyre pump, UPF 50+ pushchair hood, raincover, as well as Cosatto’s 4-year guarantee.
The me-Mo boasts an easy to open and close lightweight chassis, pneumatic rear tyres, lockable swivel front wheels and adjustable handle. It’s simple to use and offers a very comfortable drive.
What we love
The Cosatto me-MO comes with accessories included, such as tyre pump, raincover and sleeping bag. You’d only end up paying more if you wished to get the car seat to create a travel system.
Cosatto is a brand that claims to create “baby stuff with personality”. From its catchy name to the cute hedgehog character that appears on the side of the buggy and the ‘walk on the wild side’ design, the me-Mo does have a cool quirkiness. The rich black with a lime green trim is very attractive.
In pram mode, the Cosatto me-Mo is comfortable and roomy, allowing plenty of time for your baby to reach sitting stage. Heidi, almost 6 months, fits comfortably in the pram body.
Swapping the me-Mo from pram to buggy is simple. The carrycot comes off and the buggy seat pops on with one easy click of a button. When you want to reverse the buggy seat direction, it’s just one click.
Folding the me-Mo takes the click of a button, too. With past products I’ve tried, I’ve encountered troubles opening and folding, especially with a demanding toddler in tow. But the me-Mo is easy and trouble-free.
In buggy mode, the seat is snug and you can pull up the calf support up for ultimate relaxation. My toddler daughter, Tippi, loved the snooze recline.
The Cosatto me-Mo is fantastic to push. It’s easy to steer and glides along, providing a smooth ride for any sleeping passenger.
What to watch out for
I like that the Cosatto me-Mo shopping basket can be removed and has a zip basket, but it is rather small.
When 2-year-old Tippi’s in the me-Mo with the hood attached, there isn’t much room to grow.
Who is the Cosatto me-MO 3-in-1 Combi Pushchair best for?
Parents after comfort and ease of use in a good-looking package.
The Cosatto me-Mo is practical and attractive. It’s easy to use and to switch between modes, and accessories are included. A great drive and fab all-rounder, just be prepared to pay extra if you want a car seat to make a true “3 in 1”.
