i started my pregnancy with high blood pressure 140/90, also i have protien in my urine which the doc puts down to have impaired kidneys. Now 34 weeks its at 159/106. I have been feeling unwell today. Baby is moving fine but i just dont feel right. What will they do at the hospital if i call. I dont want to just spend days at the hospital been monitored when i can do that at home ( ihave my own monitor) so how high will they let my blood pressure rise Before having baby? Anyone experiened this before? Thanks

at 34 weeks the likelihood is that they would keep you in and monitor you and if your blood pressure remains high and they are concerned then induce you at 37 weeks.
Dont forget that although you can monitor at home, at hospital they have the expertise to make a judgement and obviously the main concern they will look for is pre-eclampsia with high blood pressure so they don't just look at your blood pressure.
