Have you tried trsting the cause
piles are usually because you've been straining to go to the toilet and poor diet.
You could try to make your stools softer, don't strain. Drink plenty of water, eat a low fat high fibre diet. bedt to speak to a pharmacist or Doctor/Nurse though when pregnant

Thank you meme , i only drink water or tea can't stand anything else, don't suffer with constipation and I have a healthy diet, I know it sounds unlikely but since falling pregnant I didn't want baby to take in any bad things so I have been very careful in what I put in my stomach
spoke to pharmacist and she told me to try the ointment but doesnt seem to be working

Might be worth a trip to the Doctor to see if there's anything better you can get on prescription.
Piles apparently very common in pregnancy

No probs, hopefully they clear soon. I've never suffered with them. My Husband sometimes does

Ahhh lucky escape for you but unfortunate for your husband, if I get them after pregnancy I'm going to get them surgically remove, maybe he should consider this ? If they are painful

They are but with him we've found it to be more so due to diet, so much easier to control. He also has some very strong tablets that help uf he had a bad flare up.

Common with pregnancy & may remain up to 6wks after birth. If you can reduce the amount of caffeine you drink this may help (less tea, coffee, cola). Try putting a sanitary pad in your knickers as it will help cushion the area when you sit or lay down. Lastly try using a wet wipe before toilet paper, it's more comfortable.
