Hello everyone, This is a new continuation thread for the all the people on the Just finished O heading into 2 week wait - Part 8 thread. The last part of the thread has become huge and has so many pages, it's getting a bit hard to load. We've posted a link to this new thread on the old thread, so hopefully everyone will be able to find it easily enough. Do let us know if that's not the case. We'd like to wish you all lots of baby dust.

Thanks Danielle, lovely to have a fresh thread, don't need to keep going back so much!
lets do this ladies! I'm only on cycle day 4 but I am feeling positive! Doing to try the clear blue digital dual hormone ovulation detector this month as last time I did it, i was a bit stingy on sticks. Got a good deal on amazons so got 20 sticks! Will at least give me an ide of when I ovulate and Howe long my luteal phase is roughly!
anyone used them and have any advice?
fingers crossed for those in 2ww! Xx

Blood test results came back negative and pretty sure af is starting, had some light blood when I went to the toilet. Unusual as af normally starts heavy but nothing about my cycles are normal atm as af was 23 days late! Frustrating but at least my longest cycle ever is over now! on to the next one!x

Eek mrsbeel. How long are your cycles usually? What CD are you on?x
20/06/2017 at 18:24
Sorry to hear that ttcfirsttime but fx for the next cycle.
NDG I'm cd22 and normal 28 although been a bit random recently after an op so hopefully it's settle down now. You?
20/06/2017 at 18:28
aw youre a but ahead of me. I'm CD 18. My cycles used to be 26-28. Then went up to 28-31.. randomly had a 44 day cycle and my last one was 33... so I have no idea how long they are now.. annoying x

That's exactly what mine have been like. Plus the weirdest af ever for a couple of cycles!
its all fun and games when our bodies decide to change just when we want them the same!

Typical isn't it. I was getting excited when I was late. But all pg tests were negative. Then af showed at CD 44 grr
20/06/2017 at 18:43
And pre af emotions don't help one bit!
20/06/2017 at 21:41
Emotions make it all worse lol. still just going with the flow. Going to glasto this weekend so that will pass some of my time. We need to try not to think about it (easier said than done for sure)
let me know how you get on!xx

Yay for new thread! Fresh new start!
im day three of AF. The first two days were really bad due to chemical pregnancy.
Im really hoping that it completely clears my system to its extra ready next cycle!
ive decided to NOT TEST until I'm due for AF, which is going to be so difficult for me!

I see a lot of new names on here! Nice to see you all! I was more active on here in the past, but lately have just been watching from the sidelines and silently cheering everyone on. I needed a break from breaking down every sign, symptom, old wives tales, sad stories, etc., so I just focused on relaxing, having fun, started up with Acupuncture again, exercising, drinking however much I wanted whenever I wanted...and I'm happy to share that I'm now 8 weeks pregnant and had a scan this morning that showed everything is right on schedule and there was a healthy, quick little heartbeat! It's still early and I still get a little anxious every now and then from my history of a miscarriage and then a chemical immediately following that, but I'm staying as calm and as positive as I can. I went about it with the less is more mentality. We DTD every other day as soon as AF went away, and I actually never did get a dark positive OV test. Just slightly, almost as dark. And I also I didn't have any out of the ordinary symptoms, I was just very tired, which is normal for me during the luteal phase, and just decided to test the day after AF was due and there it was. The symptoms have definitely come on since then, but nothing that would have made me think I was definitely pg. I'm so, so hopeful that all of you will get your BFPs very soon!!
And Atlaya, I'm sorry for your loss. It's awful to try to get excited for something that is taken away from you so quickly. But as you said, it's also a cleansing, fresh start in a way too. That's how I tried to look at it as well.
Staying positive for all of you ladies!! :)

Awww congratulations Curly.
21/06/2017 at 08:21
Aw yey. Congratations curly!!!Xx
21/06/2017 at 08:54
Massive congratulations curly!!! Definitely relaxed is the way forward! We've started dtd every other day/ 3 days instead of doing it only around ovulation and I'm finding it a lot more fun and relaxed! And ive given up with symptom spotting... i seem to aquire a new one every month anyway!
Huge congrats, keep being positive and all the best of luck to you and your bubba! i love hearing positive BFP stories! Xxx
