Trying to conceive

Hello. We are thinking about TTC number 2 in the next couple of months, and I wanted to start taking supplements again to prepare. For number 1 I started on Pregnacare Conception as soon as I came off the pill, then once I got my BFP switched to the pregnancy version until about 16 weeks.
I am still breastfeeding as my gorgeous boy is only 8 months. Just wondering if I should get some of the Pregnacare conception again, or go straight for the pregnancy and breastfeeding version?
Also, has anyone conceived while breastfeeding? I know it's less likely, and I haven't had a period yet. He feeds roughly 4 times during the day, but nothing at night now, unless he's poorly, so I normally have a 12 hour period without breastfeeding.
Would love to conceive before he's one, as would love a small age gap, but I'm not giving up the breastfeeding before he's one either as I can't see the point of going to formula now we've got this far! (plus I love it - special snuggles just for me and it's so convenient and cheap! )
Any advice gratefully received!

just to add to this - I am breastfeeding my 7 month old and just got my BfP! he has four feeds a day, but I express milk for his mid-morning and mid-afternoon feeds as I am back at work now. Got periods back once he dropped down to the four feeds/day (naturally, while weaning) and after one period, pregnant again!
Pregnacare breastfeeding is fine as folic acid/vitamin D supplement, but if you are worried, five your health visitor a call.
Good luck to everyone else trying to conceive! X
