This simple and delicious chicken curry recipe is made mild enough for baby with creamy coconut milk, suitable from 8 months

Chicken and raisin korma
  • 60g onion, finely chopped
  • 40g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp mild curry powder
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 20g raisins
  • 100g basmati rice, cooked


  • Step 1

    Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

  • Step 2

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion. Sauté for 2 minutes, until soft.

  • Step 3

    Add the chicken and curry powder.

  • Step 4

    Slowly stir in the coconut milk and bring to the boil.

  • Step 5

    Add the raisins and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Stir in the cooked rice and blend or mash to the required consistency.
