Steamed courgette make a tasty addition to the cauliflower in this puree, suitable from first weaning

- 200g Courgettes
- 100g Cauliflower florets(fresh or frozen)
Method
step 1
Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 10-12 minutes until soft (or according to packet instructions, if using frozen cauliflower).

Drain and set aside.
step 3
Peel and chop the courgette, then steam until tender (around 8 minutes).
step 4
Combine the vegetables and blend to desired consistency.
step 5
Try adding grated cheese to make a tasty puree for a slightly older baby.
