Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have a baby boy!
Congratulations to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry who have announced the birth of their first baby - the Queen's 8th great-grandchild
Here at MadeForMums, of course we LOVE a baby announcement - especially when it's a royal one ?
And so we are delighted to share the news that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry (aka the Duke and Duchess of Sussex) have welcomed their first child, a baby boy ?
We don't know too many details yet, other than he was born on early on Monday morning (6th May) and weighed in at 7lb 3oz.
Harry, Duke of Sussex, announced the news to the press and told reporters, "We're still thinking about names." He also said the birth has been, "the most amazing experience. How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension.
"We're both absolutely thrilled and grateful to all the lovely support from everybody out there."

The new royal baby will be 7th in line to the throne, and the Queen's 8th great-grandchild – and cousin, of course, to the gorgeous Princes George and Louis, and Princess Charlotte, children of Kate Middleton and Prince William.
Meghan and Harry married on 18 May 2018 at St George's Chapel, Windsor, and it wasn't long before the press and public started speculating about when the couple might start trying for a family (typical, eh??).
They announced the news of their baby on October 15 2018 - just 5 month after their wedding.
The couple have kept seriously busy throughout the pregnancy - particularly with their royal Australian tour, when Meghan wowed the world with her maternity style.
There was lots of speculation up to the birth about where Meghan would have the baby - and even that she might be having twins - as well as bets on whether they'd have a boy or girl, and whether the couple would go for one of the classic royal baby names - or opt for something quirkier.
And now that the news is out - we have to say - we are just so happy for the royal couple ?
As soon as we have any more details we'll share them here. But for now, enjoy those early days, Meghan and Harry - and warm congratulations ??
