After announcing the news that girlfriend Emma McVey was (we’re guessing around 3 or 4 months) pregnant with the couple’s 1st child, Gaz took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of himself looking a bit hapless amongst the chaos.

He asked his 3.3m followers: “???? Where the hell do I start… help?”

Surrounded by everything from changing bags and car seats to bouncers and iCandy buggies, it’s plain to see just how overwhelming first-time baby shopping can be ???

Luckily, Gaz’s loyal fans were on hand to make their own recommendations:

“Rear-facing car seat, probably a pram that you can start parent facing then gradually face forward,” one listed. “Moses basket, cot, and I'd recommend a @tommeetippeeuk prep machine.”

“Something that collapses easy and fits in your car without taking all the wheels off,” one buggy owner replied.

“I've had many meltdowns with baby waiting for me to put it up/down. I do hope you get to read my comment. Definitely try to collapse it down and fit in your car before you buy.”

While another offered a sage sleeping tip: “Recommend getting a swing chair. Worked a treat when my baby was crying or wouldn't go to sleep.”
