Meet our nutritionist

With more than 15 years of experience as a registered nutritionist, Dr Rana Conway is a leading figure in pregnancy diet and nutrition for childhood.

Rana has been awarded a PhD for her research into the diets of pregnant women, which focused on women's concerns about weight gain and the adequacy of vegetarian diets.

She has also researched problems relating to iron deficiency, and acted as a consultant for University College London on a study looking at weaning practices among mums in low-income groups.

With five books already under her belt, Rana is now working on a recipe book aimed at mums-to-be in each stage of pregnancy.
