- 100g long grain rice
- 0.5 tsp mild curry powder
- 1 whole egg
- 300ml formula milk or cows milk
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 150g cod fillet, boneless
- Although eggs and fish can be included into your baby’s diet from 6 months, make sure the eggs bear the Lion Mark and that they are cooked thoroughly – the white and the yolk must be solid with no runny bits.
