500g minced beef
400g tricolour pasta spirals
1 can condensed soup
1/2 can of water
Good squeeze of tomato puree
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
Cheese, grated
1 large celery stick diced
Method
Method
- Fry pepper and celery until soft.
- Add minced beef and fry until browned.
- Add soup and puree. Mix and heat through.
- Meanwhile cook pasta according to packet.
- Mix all together and place in an oven proof dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cook until melted.
Hints and tips
Quick and easy. Can be made in advance and frozen. Bonus! Serves 4 adult sized portions. Suitable for all ages.
