Avocado and banana smoothie

Makes 2 portion. Suitable for toddlers – and adults!

1 small ripe avocado

1 small ripe banana

250ml (9 fl oz) skimmed milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel and stone the avocado.

  • Step 2

    Place the avocado, peeled banana and milk in a blender and whizz until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Pour into a glass, add a couple of ice cubes and serve.
