Michelle Heaton isn’t only a mum-of-2, she’s also a qualified fitness instructor. Oh, and did we mention that her husband Hugh Hanley is a personal trainer? So the odds were slightly stacked in the former Liberty X singer’s favour when she attempted to get fit after giving birth to her first baby in 2012. 


As you can see from the pictures above, Michelle reached her goal of getting back to her extremely trim pre-baby weight just 6 months after giving birth to her daughter Faith. And now she’s sharing her fitness tips.

The 35-year-old has created a series of tailored fitness exercises on her YouTube channel. Our favourites can be done in just 3 minutes and you don’t need any special equipment – just clear a space in your living room!

If you’ve just had your baby, then remember to only start exercising if you’d had your 6-week post-birth check-up and to wait 10 weeks if you’ve had a C-section. Also don’t forget to follow your doctor’s advice if you’ve had any complications.
