Sieve to remove any fibrous bits and check the temperature before serving. Step 2 Cook pasta shapes and put in a serving dish. Step 3 Pour over some of the sauce, including a couple of whole cherry tomatoes. Step 4 Top with the chicken and serve with grated Cheddar on top. Step 5 Season your remaining portion of basic sauce with salt, pepper and Tabasco, to taste, and add the parsley. Step 6 Cook pasta according to the packet instructions, then mix into the sauce.
